Designed by Osteopaths and mothers, these shorts are created with a deep understanding of the physiological changes that occur during pregnancy and postpartum. The design provides targeted support for the lower back, pelvis and core, using double-layer mesh panels that follow natural anatomical lines. Offering gentle compression (10–15 mmHg), the panels deliver support without feeling restrictive. An internal power mesh layer enhances breathability, moisture-wicking and durability, while flatlock seams are strategically placed to maximise comfort and minimise irritation — even around a C-section scar. Specifically made for postpartum wear, RepairWear® offers gentle core and abdominal support, with lumbar panels providing structured reinforcement along the spine. Targeted compression helps support the abdominal area, and graduated leg compression may assist with circulation.

When to start wearing recovery shorts?
You can start wearing them as soon as you feel comfortable.
Are your shorts slippery?
Definitely not! They are smooth and buttery but never slippery. Bubs will be safe on your lap - no sliding babies here!

Safety Our postpartum tights feature targeted core compression designed specifically to aid muscle recovery after birth, making them unsuitable for wear during pregnancy.
Compression garments are not recommended in people with circulation disorders, arterial disease, ischemia, heart disease, cellulitis, skin allergies or sensory impairments due to diabetes and/or neuropathy (nerve damage).
Please note these garments are not designed to be slept in. We know you'll love wearing them, but you need to take them off for bedtime.
It's important to note that the effectiveness of compression garments can vary depending on individual factors and the specific circumstances. Compression level readings may vary from individuals based on anatomical variations in leg size, swelling, tissue density etc.

Standard Delivery: Free standard delivery on orders over $199* or Flat-rate delivery from $12.95 on orders under $199*.

3 Hour Delivery: 3-hour courier orders are fulfilled from 9am. Order by 1pm for delivery within 3 hours. Orders after 1pm delivered from 10am the following day. Rates from $15, calculated at checkout. Available to metro addresses within a 50km radius of a The Memo Boutique.
