WHY IT'S GREAT

Formulated by women based on current nutritional evidence and advice from nutritional biochemists right here in Melbourne, this is a prenatal supplement designed to be taken during conception and also throughout pregnancy. Packed with 17 quality nutrients, The Prenatal is a small and easy to swallow vitamin and uses Calcium folinate, a derivative of Folic acid.It also contains a B Complex vitamin that helps alleviate some uncomfortable symptoms of pregnancy (nausea and vomiting), and reduces the risk of congenital disabilities. Choline Bitartrate Essential, great for embryonic brain development, liver and placental function is also present. Vitamin D to support fetal growth and development as well as healthy bones in both mother and baby. It also maintains healthy skin, improves immune function and muscle strength.

Please be aware this product does not contain Folic Acid. As per National Health and Medical Research Council recommendations a dietary supplementation of greater than 400 micrograms of folic acid per day should be taken ideally for one month prior to conception, until 3 months of pregnancy. Always consult your doctor or health practitioner before taking any vitamins or supplements. Advise your doctor of any medicine you take during pregnancy, particularly in your first trimester. If you are concerned about the health of yourself of your baby, talk to your health practitioner.
