I had terrible lower back pain post birth - these shorts really helped take the pressure off and supported my body during the healing process
I have worn these shorts in my recovery to date (6 weeks pp) and would highly recommend them to provide the necessary support postpartum! I was measured in-store at 39 weeks and the sizing was accurate. Very happy.
Must have for recovery post pregnancy. I did try another brand which was cheaper but I did not feel comfortable or supported.
