These compression tights have been good for recovery / post partum period but their sizing is very difficult. It suggests to size / measure at 36 weeks but clearly you are much smaller by the time you are able to wear the tights. I went via size chart (even sized down as was in between sizes) and they were still too big so had to order a smaller size
