The ONE is an effective, easy to use hospital-grade breast pump that gives you control and comfort when pumping. It comes with a rechargeable, portable motor unit. All you need to do is attach the unit via the silicone tubing to your choice of bottles or Youha Express Cups, place them around your nipples, turn it on and express milk in minutes (the average is 15). The ONE has been designed for your flexibility, you don’t need to be stuck next to a power socket for hours in a day, instead, it’s portability means you can pump around the house, in the car, at home, at the cafe, and stay mobile.

The ONE breast pump has a backlit touchscreen that displays a stopwatch to conveniently track the length of your pumping session. A safety setting will stop the pump at the maximum recommended session time of 30 minutes in case you nod off mid-session.

It is electric but quiet, and has a stimulation mode to get your milk flowing. You can cycle through six cycles of ‘massage’ and ‘express’, which you can personalise based on your preferred frequency, duration and strength. You can catch the milk in the provided bottles (they hold 210mls each) which can be secured with a lid and stored away. If you don’t want dangling bottles, grab The ONE Express Cups, which fit snuggly in your bra and add a whole extra element of comfort and freedom to your pumping experience.

Size: The ONE Pump comes with comes with two breast shield options included - sizes 24 and 27. It also has an included silicone massage cushion which can change size 24 to 21. Other breast shield sizes (21, 30 and 36) are sold separately, and breast shield convertors in size 13, 15, 17, 18, 19 and 20 are sold separately.

How to measure: Stimulate your nipples so that it stands up, then measure the width (diameter) of the nipple base (don't include the areola). If you measure 15-21mm, you'll be a size 24. Anything above that choose size 27.

When pregnant and not feeding, add 2mm to your nipple base measurement to get your recommended breast shield or converter size. When already breastfeeding add 1mm.
