WHY IT'S GREAT

Support your breastfeeding journey with soothing heat and/or cooling relief. These inserts fit in the inner openings of the bra to relieve discomfort associated with breastfeeding, blocked milk ducts, and engorgement. Using both heat and cold, they serve multiple purposes. These can assist with milk production and let-down just before/during breastfeeding when warmed. When cool, these can relieve engorgement and swollen lymphs in between feeds. Midwife approved and recognised, these pads are pliable even when frozen, to contour to your body comfortably. The best part is that they are hand washable so you can use them over and over again.
