Sizing

Regular: Suitable if your areola is less than or equal to 4.5 cm.
XL: Recommended if your aerola is larger than 4.5 cm.

Usage Instructions:

Keep the Silverettes on between feedings; remove before nursing.
After breastfeeding, leave a few drops of milk in each cup and place over the nipple.
Avoid using other nipple treatments.
Use breast pads over the cups if needed.

Care Instructions:

Wash with warm water between uses to remove residue.
To keep cups shiny, make a paste with bicarbonate of soda and water, rub on the cups, rinse thoroughly, and dry.
