DELIVERY & RETURNS

Delivery

This item is classified as Bulky Goods so additional shipping fees apply (calculated at checkout). Bulky Goods require a physical address to deliver to as we are not able to ship to a PO Box.

Please note: This item will not be sent from The Memo, but instead it will come direct from the distributor. Should there be a discrepancy in the approximate shipping rate applied to your cart at checkout and the actual rate required for freight forwarding to your address, our team will be in contact to discuss finalising payment. Please allow 5-7 business days for your order to be dispatched.

Curb Side Delivery Information

Please note, all larger items; buffets and cots, will be delivered on pallets as they are heavy items.
Buffets arrive fully assembled, please ensure you have sufficient hallway space in your home to carry in buffet.
We ship with direct freight which is curbside service. Unfortunately they are not able to carry these large items upstairs or into apartment buildings. Furniture items can only be delivered to ground level only (front door / garage if safe to do so).
Due to WH&S laws, drivers are not required to lift any items over 20kg and may sometimes not leave heavy goods under ATL (authority to leave) requests.
