KICBump Hydration Mixed Berry is a powder you stir into water, made with key electrolytes and choline for pregnancy and postpartum. It was developed with Caitlin Ireland, an Accredited Practising Dietitian and Perinatal Dietitian, and it has more potassium than sodium. It has no added sugar or sugar alcohols and it’s easy on your gut. Its berry flavour tastes good enough to look forward to, whether you’re deep in the newborn haze or just hitting the afternoon slump.
