HOW TO USE

Fill each pod with prepared baby food, puree or another suitable food, then secure the clip-on lid and place the tray in the freezer. Once frozen, remove individual portions as needed and thaw or reheat them using an appropriate method before serving. The flexible silicone makes portions easier to release, while the sturdy base helps keep the tray stable during filling. Wash with warm soapy water after use.
