Pregnancy, postpartum and breastfeeding all come with extra hydration needs, and plain water isn’t always enough on its own. KICBump Hydration is a delicious orange and pineapple powder you stir into water, made with key electrolytes. It was developed with Caitlin Ireland, an Accredited Practising Dietitian and Perinatal Dietitian. It has more potassium than sodium and added choline, plus B6, C and D3 vitamins. It has no added sugar or sugar alcohols and it’s gentle on your gut. It’s an easy daily ritual for the 3pm slump, the sleep-deprived days and those long feeds when you’re latched and stuck on the couch.

How To Use -Add 1 scoop to 350ml of water (or 300-500ml to suit your taste)
