HOW TO USE

Mix 12 grams (1 heaped tablespoon) daily into any liquid of choice, such as coffee, smoothies, juices, or soups. Alternatively, add to foods like yoghurt, oats, and baking. Collagen Beauty is unflavoured, odourless, and dissolves in both hot and cold liquids.
