How to store breastmilk

If you’re pumping, you’re going to need to store your breastmilk securely. Save every drop and nail your portion control with milk storage bags which make storage, transport and warming breast milk convenient and hygienic. Simply pump, pour your milk into a bag, label it with the date it was pumped, pop in the fridge or freezer, then when you’re ready to use it, warm up in a bottle or serve at room temp, and voila, your baby is fed. Breastmilk can sit at room temperature for 4 hours, in the fridge for 4 days, or in the freezer for 4 months.
