A lovely, educational recipe book

Have been loving this book at the end of pregnancy. It’s beautifully put together and there is some great educational content. The recipes are great - I’ve been prepping freezer meals for postpartum. Not only are they nutritious, but they are so simple and quick to make - which is exactly what you want when meal prepping or cooking with a new baby!

Postpartum essential

This is such a wonderful book for all mamas-to-be and also those family members that are supporting new mums. It has so many delicious recipes with lots of information on how to prepare for the 4th trimester. It was so great to prepare lots of nourishing meals in the last couple of weeks of pregnancy and now I am 12 months postpartum and still using the tools this book has.
