So insightful

I recommend this book to all my friends & family expecting soon. I found it to be so insightful regarding postpartum that doesn't get spoken about lots when you're in the trenches of it. Such an easy read to get through as well.

This book is everything

I read this in two days with a one week old baby and about 3 hours sleep under my belt. It made me feel so. much. better. Essential reading for all new Mums to help with the early days <3
