Made of natural mineral supplement magnesium chloride, spray this potent blend onto your skin in the evening before bed to soothe aching muscles and cramps and encourage better sleep. It’s a super helpful addition to your nighttime routine, simply shake the bottle well, then apply one to two sprays to the soles of the feet, back of the knees and shoulders and lightly massage in… it might tingle… that’s the natural magnesium doing it’s job.

*Do not spray on freshly shaved, waxed, broken or irritated skin.
