HOW TO USE

Take only ONE dose recommendation, or as directed by your healthcare practitioner. Take with food.
-Trying to conceive and up to 12 weeks pregnant - 1 capsule per day
-13-27 weeks pregnant - 2 capsules per day
-28-40 weeks pregnant - 2-3 capsules per day
