The Maxi Cosi Luna Pro Car Seat is a car seat that can be used from 12 months - 8 years of age. Safety is paramount, and the Luna Pro doesn't compromise. It boasts the patented Air Protect Side Impact Technology, providing advanced protection for your child's head and neck in case of a side-impact collision. 

As your child grows, the Luna Pro grows with them. The adjustable headrest and harness height allow for a customised fit, accommodating children from toddlerhood to their pre-teen years along with two recline positions, a 6-point harness and the world-first adjustable chin supports built into the headrest to reduce  the risk of head flop for toddlers who love a sleep in the car. The plush, cushioned seat made from bamboo wicking fabric ensures that your child is cool, dry, and comfortable all year round. Plus the seat cover is machine washable, making cleanup easy after any inevitable spills or messes.

Simple to install, place your car seat in the desired position in your car (forward facing only), thread your seatbelt through the belt path and click the seatbelt into the buckle. Pull the seat belt tight. It can even help if you put some pressure on the car seat to ensure you get the seat belt as tight as possible. You can then attach the top tether strap to your car’s back anchorage point. It goes without saying that no matter the installation method, a correctly installed car seat is much safer than an incorrectly installed car seat.

Age is just a guide, height is the rule. The height to be allowed to safely move to forward facing is 350mm seated from bottom to top of the shoulders. Your child has to reach the entry level height marker to be able to sit in that seat from 6 months as these are forward facing only.

Warranty Period

Maxi Cosi provides a lifetime warranty for its car seats only. For this to apply the product must be registered within 3 months of the purchase date.

Lifetime is defined as the period of use by the registrant for their children. The lifetime warranty does not cover hand-me-downs, or secondary purchase of the car seat. The lifetime of a Maxi-Cosi car seat is 10 years on shell and 3 years on fabric.

It is highly recommended that consumers register their child restraint for warranty with Maxi Cosi. This can be done after purchase on their website via this link.
