This granola was originally created as a ‘lactation granola’ as it contains galactagogue ingredients which are said to boost the production of breastmilk. It became so popular amongst not only breastfeeding people but also pregnant people, partners and their children, that the brand changed the status of this delicious treat to simply, granola.Goji berries are traditionally used in the postpartum and known to be rich in antioxidants, which makes them an incredibly beneficial food when your body is healing.
