It also contains a blend of bovine Collagen and Hemp Protein creating a well balanced source of Protein to support the energy, recovery, mood and milk supply of the breastfeeding mother. It’s rich in Calcium and synergistic nutrients such as Vitamin D and Magnesium to support bone health. It also has a good amount of B vitamins and Iron to support energy and vitality. The naturally occurring kelp contains Iodine that helps to support postpartum thyroid health and it’s rich in healthy fats from MCT oil which works to boost energy, mental clarity and improve concentration. Generally a great supportive supplement for a breastfeeding mother's energy, concentration, postpartum recovery, milk supply and general wellbeing.
