Money very well spent

We purchased a Snoo for our son and daughter-in-law and their beautiful newborn Poppy. It has been incredible at saving them having to get up every couple of hours at night to settle Poppy when she stirs. New Mum and Dad and baby getting essential blocks of longer sleep and everyone much happier, healthier and relaxed. Worth every cent - highly recommend.

Good product but blindsighted by the subscription costs

We LOVED our Snoo, but after owning it for more than 2 years and onto our 2nd bub completely blindsided that they are now charging a premium subscription fee via the app when we already paid full price for the product years ago. Even worse that the features locked in the premium mode were previously free with first bug. At $29.99 AUD monthly it’s absolutely not worth it after buying this full price for 2k. Also reduces its resell value dramatically. Just feels like a way to siphon more money out of customers who only recently purchased a premium bassinet. So so disappointing.
