Take part in our Eco Challenge and pass on your pre-loved baby gear to families in need.

There’s a ton of waste in the baby-sphere, and it’s time to play our part.

From May 24 - June 6 2022, we’re inviting you to easily pass on your pre-loved clothing to St Kilda Mums, a Melbourne based charity that upcycles nursery equipment and other baby essentials, and gives them to families who need them most. Last year, St Kilda Mums helped support 20,000 babies and children who needed additional support from their community.

Baby grown out of their things? Drawers bursting with too much stuff (which makes getting them dressed confusing AF)? Time to donate, and we'll make it easy by handling the delivery.

Now’s your chance to take the challenge and pass it on to someone who doesn’t have enough, and help us in our mission to create a future where we waste less, share more and care for every baby and child.

How it works:

  1. Add a product to cart and a pop up will appear. Click yes to receive a pre-paid postage bag. This will come with your order.

  2. Fill that bag with clothing you no longer need.

  3. Make sure it passes the quality test (eg. things you would like to get yourself or pass to a friend). Think onesies that you haven’t used or barely got any wear.

  4. Seal up, pop in the post and feel good about giving back.

  5. St Kilda Mums will receive your items and pass on to families in need.

This year, St Kilda Mums are looking for the following items:

  • Clothing in excellent condition from birth (00000) to size 16 (youth/teen).
  • Pyjamas and sleepwear (no hoods).
  • Underwear and socks in new or near-new condition.
  • Clothing is freshly laundered and packed into bags with the size and gender clearly labelled. If clothing or linen has been in storage, please wash it again before donating.
